Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to deliver your products to you as soon as we can. For the quickest delivery possible, the things you order might be shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.

If your order is $99 or more, we will deliver it free from dock to dock in the contiguous United States. This means in English that additional fees will only be charged in the following circumstances:

• You ship to an APO or FPO address or are outside the contiguous United States, such as in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico..
• You place an order for an especially sized or large item that must be shipped through freight but you require a loading dock. The freight business then collects fees for a customized lift-gate truck.
• You order a large item (over 80 lbs. or odd sized) that must ship freight AND you require that the item is delivered inside or above the first floor. Here again, the trucking company charges an extra fee.
